Responsibilities: Design and development of the prediction algorithm in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Optimization of algorithm performance to ensure accurate and reliable forecasts. Validation of results with real data to guarantee forecast accuracy and reliability.
Supervision of the Commissioning of a Thermal Power Plant in Fort Liberté, North-East Haiti
Responsibilities: Proactive management of technical and logistical challenges to ensure smooth commissioning. Work closely with engineering teams and subcontractors to resolve potential issues and maintain project schedule. Regular reporting on project progress and prompt resolution of issues to minimize potential delays.
Supervision of the Installation and Commissioning of a 142 kW Solar Power Plant and a 500 kWh Storage System at the CEAC Power Plant, Coteaux, Haiti
Responsibilities: Management of the purchasing process to ensure quality and timely delivery of required equipment. Training and information sessions for stakeholders on project services and benefits. Close coordination with subcontractors and local teams to ensure safe and efficient installation. Commissioning of the system with performance tests to ensure reliable and continuous energy production.
Evaluation of Bids for the Construction of Micro-Electrical Networks in Mont-organise, Capotille and Vallieres
Responsibilities: Conduct a thorough review of all bids submitted to ensure that they meet the necessary technical and financial criteria. Evaluate bidders' experience and qualifications to ensure their ability to successfully complete the project. Verify that all proposals comply with the project's technical specifications and budgetary constraints. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support the selection of the most appropriate contractor. Study for the extension of the CEAC Microgrid | Côteaux | Haiti
Responsibilities: Carry out topographical surveys and field assessments to determine the best routes for power lines. Carry out detailed engineering studies for power system design, including load analyses, line planning and selection of appropriate equipment. Determining the exact number of poles required based on topographical surveys, distances between distribution points and safety standards.
Installation and supervision of an Autonomous Solar System in Marin, Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti in a main residence
Responsibilities: Rigorous inspection of ordered materials to ensure quality and compliance. Effective management of purchase and payment orders to maintain project schedule. Direct supervision of installations to ensure safe and efficient set-up. Successful commissioning of the system, ensuring optimum performance and maximum customer satisfaction.
Identification of Sites for the Construction of Microgrids in 51 Cities in Haiti
Responsibilities: Analysis of the energy needs of the various target cities. Identification of land selection criteria, including proximity to communities, technical feasibility and environmental conditions. Use of topographic maps and geospatial data to locate potential sites. Consultation with local authorities and communities to obtain information on available land and its viability. Site visits to assess the physical characteristics of the land, such as accessibility, topography and soil conditions.
Design and Sizing of a Solar System to Power a Water Pump in Kasba Tadla, Morocco
Responsibilities: Analysis of the local community's water needs. Identification of the capacity and type of pump to be used. Study of climatic conditions and sunshine in Kasba Tadla to determine the availability of solar energy. Calculation of the power required to operate the water pump based on daily energy consumption and seasonal variations. Selection of solar system components, including solar panels, storage batteries, charge controllers and inverters. Sizing of solar panels and batteries to ensure uninterrupted power supply even in low sunlight conditions. Development of the solar system's electrical diagram and simulation on PVSyst.
